A symbol synonymous with Bellwoods Brewery, White Picket Fence is a Blended Foeder Saison made in the Solera style.

This complex, layer beer starts out as an Oak Aged beer which is then blended with a small percentage of fresh beer, before being lightly dry-hopped and bottle-conditioned.

The final result? Layers upon layers of balanced acidity, subtle brett, champagne-like carbonation, bright hop character, and lemon meringue aromatics.
