Territory Sales Manager

Bellwoods Brewery is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our wholesale team. This is a Southwestern Ontario-based role. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with licensees, LCBO, grocery, and convenience customers, as well as identifying new sales opportunities for Bellwoods in Southwestern Ontario.

Our ideal candidate has experience working in food, beverage and/or CPG sales. It’s equally important to work well in a team, be a respectful communicator, and be enthusiastic about the creative aspects that go into selling and producing the beer we make. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a tactful sales strategy for growing the Bellwoods portfolio within the licensee and retail wholesale channels.

  • Educate partner staff on the beer/non-alc portfolio, brand stories, and product knowledge.

  • Ability to create and foster long-term strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers.

  • Drive new account acquisition while nurturing and expanding existing relationships to maximize sales.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance regulations related to alcohol sales, and ensure that retail partners adhere to these standards. 

  • Ability to analyze territory sales trends to gain key insights to make sound business decisions.

  • Monitor sales trends and track product performance to identify areas for growth.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, performance reporting, and feedback on competitor activities and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years sales experience in beverage alcohol, or CPG.

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the beverage, CPG, or craft beer industry.

  • Degree or diploma in business with a focus in sales or marketing or equivalent experience.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Sound computer software proficiency and analytical skills are necessary.

  • Ability to lift 20 kgs multiple times per day.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle transportation is a must.

Dishwasher


Bellwoods Brewery is looking for a part-time seasonal Dishwasher to join our team.

The most important qualities we look for are a positive attitude, being a team player, and possessing a great work ethic. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is committed to following all health and safety guidelines. While previous experience is an asset, we mainly require consistent availability for a flexible rotation of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Additional weekday shifts may also be available.
