Bellwoods Brewery is committed to creating and maintaining a workplace where diversity and inclusion are prioritized. We strive to make our staff feel understood, respected, and supported—and we believe that every industry benefits from commitment to these values. We encourage job applications from diverse communities, those with intersectional identities, and do not discriminate based on gender, religion, race, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other status.

We realize not everyone starts at the same place in life and endeavour to find ways to improve social and economic justice in our company, community and beyond.

At Bellwoods Brewery, We Commit to the Following:

  • We will make Bellwoods a safe and welcoming place for our employees and members of our community.

Violations of Code of Conduct

Bellwoods believes in honesty, integrity, and respect. We require all employees, partners, and guests to uphold these values while in our spaces or engaging with our community.

  • For Employees: Non-compliance will be addressed through corrective action, which may include termination of employment.

  • For the Public: We reserve the right to ask any individual to leave our premises or to cease engagement with our brand if their behaviour violates this Code. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour toward our staff or other guests.

Bellwoods works to identify and preempt problems before they happen by fostering a culture of open, respectful dialogue surrounding diversity, inclusion, and equity in our workplace and community.

  • Employee Reporting: Employees who are concerned about conduct or witness a breach of this policy, whether by a colleague or a member of the public, are asked to report it to the leadership team immediately.

  • Public Reporting: We encourage our community to hold us accountable. If a guest witnesses or experiences behaviour that contradicts our values, we ask that they bring it to the attention of a staff member or contact us at info@bellwoodsbrewery.com.

  • Our Commitment: We are committed to investigating all reports of harassment, discrimination, or safety violations promptly and discreetly to ensure our brewery remains a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.
