Vines is a series that celebrates barrel aged wild beer and wine grapes.

No. 5 is wort we inoculated with post-fermentation gamay skins (from Rosewood Estates Winery), then barrel aged, and blended to balance flavours. It's lightly fruity with firm acidity.
