Brewed with our friends Brasserie Dunham from Quebec, this rustic grain saison was fermented with a Dunham brett house culture, and blended with acidic wort. The resulting beer is light bodied, refreshing, with a soft mouthfeel. AKA easy to love.

What it smells like, what it tastes like: The light body and pillowy head is a perfect canvas for notes of clove, pepper and watermelon. Very light acidity pairs with a slight funk making this both interesting and crushable all at once.
