Sugar Sugar House House (2024) is a collab with The Veil Brewing Co, and is our second batch of this maple-dosed, double dry-hopped, Imperial IPA.
Made with three kinds of oats (rolled for body, malted for fermentables, and naked golden for a granola-esque flavour infusion), dry-hopped with a tropical fruity blend (Azacca, Mosaic, and Vic Secret), and aided by 225L of golden Ontario maple syrup, this beer is luxurious, slightly sweet, and hugely aromatic with some Canadiana flair.
