SPICED IMPERIAL STOUT AGED IN RUM BARRELS w/ COFFEE, COCONUT & COCOA
Skeleton Key is an imperial stout aged for just over a year in rum barrels, with a mix of ginger, all spice, black pepper cardamom, cinnamon, star anise, nutmeg, juniper berries, and vanilla. The resulting beer is an intense showcase of dark chocolate, caramelized malts, spirit barrel, and lively spices.
This 2019 variant is conditioned on Guatemala Providencia beans from Hale Coffee Roasters, cacao nibs, and toasted coconut.
