This is our first collaboration with our friends from Four Winds Brewery (Delta, BC). The fruit pale ale was salted, fermented on a hefty portion of pink guava, and heavily dry hopped with Citra and Ekuanot. The resulting beer has an outstanding fruit aroma of guava with a finishing hoppy bite, and light but lasting salt profile.

What it smells and tastes like: Aromas of grapefruit, peach, honey dew melon, and peppers alongside flavourful notes of tangy guava, melon and lime leaf.
