Several years ago we brewed a run of lagers that were built on the same base recipe, but featured different Escarpment Labs yeasts. It allowed us to learn the nuances between different strains, and hone our lager-making processes.

Lost Lager has just sped off the canning line and utilizes the namesake yeast from Escarpment. It’s clean yet bitter, with fun notes of strawberries, black pepper and light demerara sugar.
