Kölsch is our modern take on the traditional German style, brewed in honour of Escarpment Labs’ 10th anniversary (huge milestone alert)!

Brewed with Pink Boots, a Kölsch-specific yeast strain with German roots, this beer is crisp, refreshing, and delightfully dry, showcasing the yeast’s white wine–like minerality.

Subtly floral, it strikes a perfect balance between ale and lager, with delicate notes of chamomile, mineral-driven wine, and fresh rain. AKA: the ideal sunny-day sipper!
