Years ago we brewed a series of pilsners that were identical except for the yeast used. All the yeast was from Escarpment Labs, and all were lovely, but the one crowd favourite was the pilsner brewed using their Isar yeast.

We've since brewed this beer a handful of times, but in our minds this batch is the clear favourite.

Brewed with a select few different pilsner malts, and Saaz hops, this batch is smooth, soft, and bright, with SUPER refreshing notes of golden raisins, freshly fallen rain, tobacco, and sweet grass.
