Several years ago we brewed a run of lagers (like Biergarten, Mexican, Autobahn) that were built on the same base recipe, but featured different Escarpment Labs yeasts. It allowed us to learn the nuances between different strains, and hone our lager-making processes.

Now, with new yeasts and new fermentations, we're picking up where we left off.
Isar Pilsner is our latest 2023 offering, and utilizes the namesake yeast from Escarpment. We've minimized the dry-hop to allow the yeast to really shine, and the result is a crisp, slightly bitter, delightful lager.
