Though we're not a hugely traditional bunch, we appreciate the occasional foray into styles from yesteryear. Our new Gose from the brewpub is a simple expression of two main elements -- acid and salt -- in a subtle, easy drinking format. 

What it smells like, what it tastes like: Very light bodied and refreshing with the subtlest notes of sour, salty, herbal flavours.
