Our first ever collaboration was brewed at our Ossington Ave brewpub with Jeppe of Evil Twin. We made a pale ale named Fruit Helmet and 5 years later decided to reinvent this beer. This 2017 version was brewed using lactose and fermented with guava, passionfruit, and raspberries. The result is a combination of beer and juice with a smooth body and huge aroma.

What it smells like, what it tastes like: Bursting with guava and backed with passion fruit and raspberry, this beer smells like birds of paradise and magical rain forests distilled into a raindrop. The taste is a fruit explosion that does that restrains itself from over powering the base pale ale. Resplendent Quetzals will be proud.
