Brewed in collaboration with Matron Fine Beer, our joint goal was to make a light, slightly dryer Pale Ale: something extra cold to drink on an extra hot summer day.

Brewed with Cascade from Ontario's own Pleasant Valley Hops, this chilled beverage provides ice cold notes of lemon/lime freezies, apricot snow cone and peach slushy.
