Though we're not a hugely traditional bunch, we appreciate the occasional foray into styles from yesteryear. Our fresh Gose from the brewpub is a subtle expression of acidity and salinity -- in a crisp, easy drinking format. 

This batch was conditioned on orange peel, to add complimentary citrus aroma and flavour.

What it smells like, what it tastes like: Very light bodied and refreshing with some subtle citrus tang and a soft hint of salt.
