We love onomatopoeia almost as much as we love farmside brewery, Willibald, so naming this Country IPA was an easy decision. While Clip Clop is technically a West Coast IPA, we committed to the cowboy theme, using Amarillo and El Dorado hops, amongst others. This brew is hazy yet refreshing, with notes of peach, honeydew melon and cotton candy. Clip Clop will transport you to a warm sunny day in a cattle-filled field, and have you kickin’ off your boots after a hard day’s work. Yeehaw!
