Catherine Wheel first exploded onto the scene in 2013 as a counterpart to its fellow spark, Roman Candle. Now, more than a decade later, it’s still a dry hopped Belgian IPA at heart, but we’ve fine-tuned the recipe to suit our tastebuds today.
Brewed with Simcoe, Sterling, and Loral hops (plus Belgian yeast), this 2025 rendition is lighter, crisper, and more aromatic than before, with notes of orange juice, Amaretto, and honeycomb.
