Boogie Monster emerged as an early double IPA in our line up, and as a foil to our beloved Witchshark. The latter utilizes hard hitting hops more commonly associated with the style, like Cascade and Columbus, whereas Boogie harnesses the super tropical, earthy, blueberry-tinged elements of Mosaic and Citra.
Hazy from our intense hopping rate, and fruity as ever, Boogie Monster is back after a hiatus spent jumping out of dark closets and terrorizing humans.
What it smells and tastes like: Well-balanced with moderate bitterness, the light malt body of this beer allows the bold and fruity hop aromatics to shine. Notes of green grape, citrus peel and blueberry. Scarily drinkable.
