Wet hop beers are made using whole cone, fresh hop flowers straight from the bine. The style is a rare seasonal treat, possible only during the fall hop harvest which occurs once a year in the Northern hemisphere.
Bine Hunter 2021 is a bit different than previous batches because it utilizes freshly picked then flash frozen Citra and Mosaic hops direct from Yakima Chief. This new hop offering from YCH "helps retain the delicate nuances of un-kilned hops by protecting cell wall and lupulin gland integrity".
