Bine Hunter returns! 2026 version this time!

We've decided to do something a little different this time around for our annual fresh hop beer. Knowing that we would receive many pounds of beautiful deep green Cascade from Hayhoe Hops, and knowing those hops are very high in bound thiols (odourless compounds that require specific yeast to unlock huge fruity aromas) we decided to use a yeast that would do just that to make the most aromatic Bine Hunter we've made yet!

The resulting beer tastes almost identical to drinking the juice from a tin of canned peaches.
