This particular Bellweiser is both a limited edition release of a long-time favourite and a celebration of the 20th anniversary of Toronto-based record label Arts & Crafts. For two decades, Arts & Crafts has made community and collaboration the core of its business — we couldn't be happier to be partnering with them now.

This beer is also an invitation to join us for a party! On July 4th, our Ossington brewpub will host a pop-up A&C vinyl shop, a super secret guest DJ, and lots of special edition Bellweiser. Please join us as we celebrate 20 years of great music from Arts & Crafts and look forward to many more years to come.

Bellweiser is our take on an "old world" pilsner, showcasing a pale malt body, firm bitter backbone, and noble-esque hops. The dry-hop on this one is almost non-existent to make room for lots of yeast-derived aromatics, and the resulting beer crosses off all the "crisp", "clean", and "refreshing" boxes you need it to.

What it smells and tastes like: Brewed with a neutral yeast, allowing the subtle interplay of hops and malt to shine through. Light floral aromatics, soft bitterness in the finish, easy to drink.
