Our second WILLS collab in as many months! When the fine folks from WILLS Brewery came by earlier this summer to be a part of our 'Tout au Four' four-way Quebec collab, they asked if we could be part of a collab for their anniversary this upcoming Saturday the 19th. We not only agreed, but were also able to slot in a batch to brew ourselves!

We discussed our favourite 'soft' hops - ones that are pleasant, round, delicate and delicious, but often overlooked for more punchy, in-your-face hops. We landed on the beautiful trio of Loral, Rakau and Southern Cross. To provide a bit more punchiness, we also decided to add Freestyle's Tropical Fusion Hop Kief which itself is an oil made from Riwaka, Southern Cross and Motueka.

It ended up being a killer combo, resulting in a big, bright yellow, round, soft DIPA bursting with notes of Strawberry Daiquiri, Papaya Nectar and Guava Juice. YUMYUMYUMMMMMY!!!!
