This farmhouse style beer was hopped assertively and aged extensively in foeders. Crisp! Bitter! Lightly tart! Complex (but easy to drink of course).
After spending additional time in wood (which expands an already interesting Brett induced funk), this beer received a final, floral dry hop late in the process (this happens juuuust prior to packaging, to enhance aroma) that brings up notes of lime zest, cut grass, and a grapefruity west coast hop profile.
