Vines is a series of oak aged wild ales that celebrates wine grapes in all manifestations.

Each batch is blended based on the grape varietal at hand, and fermented based on the state those grapes are in (whole cluster, de-stemmed, lightly pressed skins, etc.). The result is a unique collection of beers that incorporate wine grapes in all forms, and showcase process as much as ingredients.

This iteration features Cabernet Franc grapes from Niagara-on-the-Lake and offers up tart notes of Cherry Jolly Rancher with light tannins.
