What do you get when you mix the bright hoppy character of an IPA, the tart zing of a sour, and the smooth body bestowed by lactose sugar? Definitely not a stout. Well, maybe a stout, but not in this case.
This 'best of three worlds' (is that a saying?) beer combines all the fruity, acidic, creamy elements of styles we adore, and does so with gusto. And to be honest, I couldn't explicitly define 'gusto' if I had to, but hopefully it translates to "gleeful excitement and masterful precision".
