Our first ever collaboration was brewed at our Ossington Ave brewpub with Jeppe of Evil Twin. Several years and some serious recipe tweaking later, we've rebrewed this beer to commemorate our upcoming events in Denmark. This 2018 version was brewed with lactose and fermented with strawberry and banana (aka the power couple).

What it smells like, what it tastes like: The less obvious aspects of this beer are its velvety mouthfeel, low bitterness, and fantastic balance. The incredibly obvious? Brace yourselves: aromatics and flavours of strawberry pie and banana bread. Stupidly delicious.
