Farmhouse Classic (Var - E)

This variant of our Farmhouse Classic Saison was fermented with a special blend of Brettanomyces and Saccharomyces from Escarpment Labs in Guelph, ON. Farmhouse Classic (Var - E) showcases a nicely balanced spectrum of Brett aromas, from floral, to fruity, to leathery and funky. Finishes dry, with pleasing spicy notes.

ABV: 6%
