Wet hop pale ales are made using whole cone, fresh hops straight from the bine, instead of the more common dried and pelletized form. The style is a rare seasonal treat, possible only during the hop harvest which occurs just once a year in each hemisphere. Bine Hunter 2019 utilizes Cascade and Columbus hop flowers from VQH Farms in Eden, Ontario, and deserves to be consumed AFAP (as fresh as possible!).
What it smells like, what it tastes like: Fresh, resinous hop character with soft notes of orange peel.
