Welcome to Three Times Three Vol. 7! This is the seventh chapter in a series by Omnipollo that acts as a creative union between friends across many borders.

For Volume 7, we were invited, along with five other breweries, to put our brains together to collaboratively dream up and design a single recipe. As part of the project, we each had the opportunity to brew it in our respective homes and offer it up to our local markets.

We're ecstatic to bring you the Bellwoods version of this collab: a bold, expressive Double IPA, using Citra Cryo and Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief, for notes of pineapple Crush, white roses, and that feeling when the sun tickles your cheek in the morning.
