THE BEER, THE MYTH, THE MAKER.

Mythmaker is our non-alcoholic pilsner, light, crisp, and brewed in collaboration with our friends at Burial. It brings together their approach to non-alc brewing with the techniques we use across our own program here at Bellwoods.

This beer started with a simple but difficult goal: brew a true light beer at 0.5% that actually tastes good. No hiding behind heavy hops or tricks, just clean malt, precise hop character, and a focus on drinkability above all else.

Built with the same ingredients, yeast strains, and standards behind beers like NA Jelly King and Stay Classy, Mythmaker carries those ideas into a lighter frame.

It pours a straw gold in the glass, luminous and bright, with a clean white head that pulls you in. On the nose, a careful dry hop of Tettnanger brings soft notes of dried wildflower and a faint, refined spice that stays subtle and breezy.

The palate is clean and crisp, built on a lean malt base that supports the hop character without weighing it down. It finishes dry, with snappy carbonation that keeps things refreshing and palate cleansing sip after sip.

It drinks like an ultra-light, ultra-pale take on a classic premium lager, easy, familiar, and dangerously crushable. Delicate, nuanced, and designed for peak refreshment, this is a beer that disappears faster than you expect. This is our first iteration and, like any good myth, will only evolve from here.
