Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop, harnessing the prowess of lactic acidity, and coming to a bottle near you without a pesky slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of immediate gratification.
We decided to celebrate the onset of warmer weather with one of our most drinkable Jelly King variants yet. We conditioned this batch of Jelly King on a huge amount of pineapple, tangerine & grapefruit purée and the result is pure sunshine.
What it smells like, what it tastes like, what it looks like: Aromas and flavours of juicy pineapple and sweet tangerine up front with dry, tangy and subtly bitter grapefruit on the finish. Light bodied and crushable, the citrus character is reminiscent of five alive.
