Over the years, we’ve brewed a series of lagers (such as Biergarten, Mexican, Autobahn) that all share the same base recipe but showcase different yeasts from Escarpment Labs. This project is a fun and nerdy way to explore what each strain can bring to the table while sharpening our lager game.

Today, we’re bringing back one of those crispy cans - Isar! This pilsner is brewed with Escarpment Lab’s Isar yeast as the star, and has notes of golden raisins, fresh tobacco, and sweet grass. Bitter and clean, this lager is as refreshing as they come!
