Hellwoods was the very first imperial stout we ever brewed, and has morphed over the years from a traditionally bitter, roasty/toasty stout to one that's full bodied and chewy...but, naturally, we had to push it one step further.
After 12 months entombed in bourbon barrels, this special stout rises again, with layers of oaky complexity, warming whiskey notes, and a reminder that good things do dwell in the dark.
