Bine Hunter is one of our most sought-after beers (and one of the most asked for!) and this 2025 edition is just as delicious as the ten versions that came before it.

This year’s release takes the form of a Wet Hop IPA, brewed with locally grown Cascade hop flowers from Hayhoe Hops in Aylmer, Ontario. These fresh hops were picked, delivered, and added to the hot side all in a single day.

Bine Hunter 2025 is firmly hoppy and vibrantly aromatic, bursting with notes of white grape, peach skin, honeydew melon, and cedar. Grab it while you can—this one won’t stick around for long!
