Bellwoods Beer Currently Available on Draught (May 19th, 2013)
Wizard Wolf (4.8% ABV)
A refreshing pale session ale with light to medium body and a huge fresh floral hop aroma of citrus, pine and tropical fruit.
Hoppy Hefeweizen (5.1% ABV)
Our take on the classic German hefeweizen style. Bright yellow with lots of haze, this refreshing wheat beer was dry-hopped with Amarillo and Simcoe to create citrusy aromatics. Effervescent with a pleasing dry finish.
Twin Peach (5.6% ABV)
An American style Pale Ale brewed for Momofuku. The simple malts and hops are complimented by the addition of several kilos of organic dried peaches. Lighter in alcohol and refreshing in nature this is a perfect springtime/summer guzzler.
Grizzly Beer (Am. Brown Ale, 6.2% ABV)
An American brown ale with a distinctive hoppy bitterness and notes of roasted malt, chocolate, pine, nuts, citrus rind and dark fruit. Pilot batch was called American Brown Ale.
Samurai Sauvin Saison (6.4% ABV)
Winner of the 2012 Toronto Beer Week Homebrew Competition, David Thompson crafted this well balanced, refreshing Saison. Brewed using the distinct hop variety Sorachi Ace, this beer is herbaceous on the nose and fruity on the palate. Subtle notes of lime and coconut with great body. Congratulations David!
Roman Candle (IPA, 6.8% ABV)
A refreshing American style India Pale Ale, with strong aromas of pine, melon and tangerine, good bitterness and a slightly resinous finish. Yum.
Lost River Baltic Porter (7.7% ABV)
Very dark, strong predecessor to the stout. Creamy and chocolaty with roasted malts and a hint of dark fruit.
Witchshark (Double/Imperial IPA, 9% ABV)
Intensely hoppy American style double IPA. Tropical fruit aroma with a well-balanced bitterness showcasing flavours of mango, grapefruit, and pine.
