Wet hop beers are made using whole cone, fresh hop flowers straight from the bine. The style is a rare seasonal treat, made possible only during the fall hop harvest which occurs once a year in the Northern hemisphere.
This year's edition of Bine Hunter uses local Cascade hop flowers from Hayhoe Hops in Aylmer, Ontario.
Firmly bitter with a vibrant hop quality, it highlights notes of orange peels, spruce tips, and late summer peaches.
