So It Begins…
On February 6, 2012, after many months of renovations, we fired up our main brewing system and officially started production at 124 Ossington Ave. Needless to say it was a very exciting week. The next 4-6 weeks will be devoted to testing recipes and building up stock before our opening, which we anticipate will be sometime in mid March. Stay tuned for more info.
